Are You Feeling Stuck

Things have changed in the last year...

Big Time.

So many things have become so much easier -

Technology is faster, AI has given us instant answers to Everything"...

Well, Almost Everything....

Even so...

Now that you have access to limitless information via ChatGPT...

Limitless Problem Solving...

You can build or create almost any online business in an afternoon -

YET, how much has your life actually improved?

Are you making more $$$ than you were this time last year?

Are you actually in better shape?

Have your closest relationships actually improved?

There's one big thing that AI can't do for us.

It can't help you to stop holding yourself back.

It won't help you to truly start believing in yourself again.

No matter how much "information" you have - from a course or from AI - it won't change WHO you actually are.

  • It won't change what you choose to DO or not To Do...
  • It won't shift your Unconscious mind to be optimistic instead of pessimistic
  • It can't help you live, accept and believe in yourself, fully -
  • If you're stuck under an invisible financial glass ceiling...
  • If you're procrastinating and not taking action on the things you know you should be...
  • If you have no true (outside) accountability...
  • and you aren't able to hold yourself accountable to do those critical things that we both know will make all the difference in the world...

Then you may be frustrated.

It might feel like you're endlessly treading water...

or It might feel like you're stuck on a hamster wheel but going nowhere...

If you're still stuck in a rut and need to make a change to hit your goals

and change your life,

Calendar for Necessity

If you want to tell where someones priorities are, then look at their calendar. If I was to look a calendar of how you spend your time each day, what would it tell me about your priorities?

We find time for the things we consider to be the most important.

If your calendar has large blocks of time where you are working on hobbies or watching TV, but you still struggle to find time to get things done in your business, then the priorities are clear. TV is more important than building your business.

I am not saying anything bad about hobbies or watching TV. If it makes you happy, then that is great. But if you want to change your life, then you have to make the actions that will create that change your top priority.

Each of us only has 24 hours in a day. The difference between those who achieve their goals and those who do not is how they spend them.

If you know that building an online business will make a difference in your life, but sometimes struggle with finding the motivation to actually do the work, then there are a few things you can do.

In his recent book High Performance Habits, the author Brendon Burchard talks about what high performers do to create and keep their motivation.

One of the things he talks about is their ability to Raise the Necessity.

If you see achieving a particular as absolutely necessary, then you are more likely to be willing to do the work to achieve it. If it is just a "nice to have", then you probably won't ever get it.

How can you raise the necessity?

One way is to think about WHO you are doing it for.

Most people are much more motivated to take action for someone they care about. If you child or spouse absolutely needed you to do something, you would probably find a way.

So the question is ... who are you trying to build your online business for?

How would having a successful online business improve the lives of the people you love?

Imagine their lives, if you have more resources and freedom. Imagine being able to work from anywhere. Imagine being able to pay for your children's education without debt. Imagine taking your loved ones on the vacation they always wanted.

That is what you are doing the work for. More importantly, that is WHO you are doing the work for.

If you do this daily, then you will find yourself much more motivated to get focused and accomplish the result.

Please leave a comment if you found this helpful, or if you have any tips to share.

Break Things Down - The secret to getting Started.

Break Things Down

"𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘹, 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭, 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘦." – Mark Twain

You've probably heard that before, but I think it bears repeating. It's the kind of thing that we tend to forget when we are feeling overwhelmed.

"𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘱𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘵? 𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦."

When you get overwhelmed by a task or project, remember to break it down into smaller, achievable steps.

This really helps to keep us from feeling swamped and allows us to accomplish them one at a time.

That's the key: focus on the steps one at a time.

Complete the 1st step. Success.

Complete the 2nd step. Success.

And so on. By doing that, you establish a pattern of success that helps to propel you forward to success in completing the larger goal.

Limits and fears are just an illusion.

This video has to be one of the most greatest motivational videos I have ever seen.  The key point is if you want to become any thing in life, you can't be blaming other people for your problems, be inspired.

(transcript of the video posted below).

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.

It's a very mean and nasty place,

and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there if you let it.

You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.

But it ain't about how hard you hit.

It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.

How much you can take and keep moving forward.

That's how winning is done!

Pain is temporary.

It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or even a year,

but eventually it will subside

and something else will take its place.

If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

The margin for error is so small...

one-half a step too late or early, and you don't quite make it.

One half-second too slow, too fast, you don't quite catch it.

The inches we need are everywhere around us.

They're in every break of the game, every minute, every second.

You got a dream, you gotta protect it.

People can't do something themselves they wanna tell you you can't do it.

If you want something, go get it. Period.

Don't be afraid to fail.

You can’t always win, but don’t afraid of making decisions.

You have to believe that something different can happen.

He who says he can

And he who says he can’t are both usually right

Most of you said that you want to be successful, but you don’t want it bad.

You just kinda want it.

You don’t want it bad than you want to party.

You don’t want it as much as you want to be cool.

Most of you don’t want success as much as you want to sleep!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.

You have to dig deep down, dig deep down and ask yourselves,

Who do you want to be?

Figuring out for yourselves what makes you happy,

no matter how crazy it may sound to other people.

Make a choice.

Just decide,

what it’s gonna be, who you’re gonna be, how you are going to do it.

Just decide.

Why not?

Why can't I be MVP of the league?

Why can't I be the best player in the league?

I don’t see why. Why, why can't I do that?

What is it you said to the kid?

It ain't about how hard you hit.

It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.

Get up.

Get up.

Get up and don't ever give up.

And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us...

or

we can fight our way back into the light.

We can climb out of hell...

...one inch at a time.

To be able at any moment

Sacrifice what you are for what you will become.

Most of you won't be successful because when you're studying, and you get tired, you quit.

‘I’m not good in math.’ That’s right, because you never study!

‘I’m no good in rhyme.’ Because you never write before!

Talent you have naturally.

Skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours of beating on your craft.

If you are not making someone else’s life better,

you’re wasting your time.

Don't cry to quit, cry to keep going.

Don’t cry to quits.

You already in pain, you already hurt. Get a reward from it.

If you know what you're worth, go and get what you're worth!

But you gotta be willing to take the hits,

and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!

Cowards do that, and that ain't you!

You're better than that!

Every day is a new day.

Every moment is a new moment.

Now you've got to go out and show them that you're a new creature.

Now!

I'ma show you how great I am!

In the seventeenth chapter of St. Luke, it’s written “the kingdom of God is within man”,

not one man nor a group of men, but in all men! In you!

You, the people, have the power,

the power to create machines,

the power to create happiness

You, the people, have the power to make this life free and beautiful,

to make this life a wonderful adventure.

Now!

What are you gonna do?

Because limits like fears are often just an illusion.

Thoughts or emotions are useless without belief.

Why did I say this?
Because you can 'think' success all day long, day after day after day,
for YEARS and not become a success.

If you expect to fail, no amount of success thinking will fix it, beliefs trump thoughts.

You can 'feel' as happy and as loving as you want, but if you don't believe you'll actually have a fulfilling and satisfying life, you won't. Clearly, beliefs are more powerful than emotions.
So why do so many Law of Attraction teachers focus on thoughts and/or emotions?

Because when you BELIEVE these things and have a strong emotion towards your goal it will make a huge positive difference.

The reason most people don’t get what they want is they don’t know WHY they want it.
 – Jim Rohn.

Everyone’s motivation is going to be different no matter what the goal, but whatever that WHY is, it’s got to be powerful if you are going to be successful.  It’s got to be emotional.  When you have a big enough reason, the steps you need to take to achieve your goal, becomes clear and taking those actions is easy.

More importantly, your WHY has to be stronger than those WRONG beliefs you carry around in your head.  Things like, “Rich people are greedy” or “Money is the root of all evil” or “I don’t deserve to have what I want.”  You may think you want a lot of money or a wonderful relationship, but with beliefs like these it’s not very likely.

If your belief in affirmations isn't strong, then saying millions of them won't do anything for you either.  Belief the right way is the core ingredient that makes all other attraction techniques or methods work.

No matter how you visualize, say your affirmations or prayers, or apply the law of
attraction... all these will NOT work if you don't BELIEVE. Ask to Believe!

Manifestation Is About Alignment...

There is so much literature around lately about abundance manifestation and positive thinking.  But 95% of people fail to achieve their goals because they are not in alignment.

Let’s clarify what "alignment" really means because a lot of people use this term without really explaining it properly.

Alignment Occurs On Two Levels:

1. Alignment with the Laws of Quantum Physics

In short, in the world of Quantum Physics - thoughts (positive or negative) attract their equivalent or vibrational match. Think good thoughts attract good things. Think bad, negative or needy thoughts and you’ll attract bad, negativity and need.

This is Law of Attraction 101, and is expanded by stating whatever you focus on with intensity and emotion will set the Universe in motion to bring that into your life.

2. Conscious and Subconscious Alignment

Your Conscious desires and your Subconscious intention must be in alignment.

If your Conscious Mind wants one thing and your Subconscious Mind wants something else (counter-intention) it is impossible to create what you truly want.

Doesn’t this idea of alignment explain a lot of the ups and owns in your life?

You must choose a teacher that can separate scientific fact from scientific opinion. You need someone, like Dr. Robert Anthony, who gets excited about combing through page after page of scientific studies and journals for any little insight that others might miss.

How to Find Joys in the Workplace and Loving Life

Do you still remember your first job and the thrills of finding and landing that stint? Do you sometimes look back as to how you act unto loving life and the job that you were able to write proudly on your resume when you were still young?

Young people must have lots of dreams and goals that they must work hard for in order to attain and accomplish. This must drive them towards success. Everybody started young. And it is always nice to look back to realize how things and your attitude were far different at that point of your life.

Red Warning

As you last in the industry you are in, there are points in your life and career when you just want to pause and stop. You may even think of giving everything up for the main reason that you no longer want to move on doing the same things every day. This situation places a red signal warning on you. This is especially true if you are already getting bored with the same things that you do at work from the moment you enter the office in the morning until it is time for you to come home.

If you are facing this dilemma right now, you are not alone. There are many people who are unsatisfied with their work life that they are always thinking of how they can get out of the situation. Before you head on and compose your resignation letter, you may want to look at the following tips of how can you find joys in what seems to be a boring workplace that you are stuck into.

1. Change your routine. You may want to start your day fresh and new. If you are used to opening your computer first thing in the morning, you may want to try to read the papers waiting for you first before you open your PC. You can interchange the things that have become a routine for you. This way, your body will not feel the boredom of knowing what will happen next after you are done with your first task.

2. Redecorate your workstation. If you spend lots of your time at work at the cubicle with your PC and other things in front of you, you should make it your kingdom. What makes you happy? If you love your dogs, you can place funny pictures of your pets all around you. You can place flowers on your desk if this will make you feel light. You should also have some stress relievers handy, like balls, a piece of a puzzle game and anything that can help you last your day at work.

 3. Talk to people. You can do this during breaks. This way, you endear yourself to the other employees in the office. You will get to know them better and can even make some good friends in the process. Having people whom you enjoy being with will make it more exciting and fun to come to work every day.

4. Problems with your work.
You must talk to your superior regarding such. Do not handle your problems by yourself especially when you badly need the help of other people. By finding solutions to your problems and solving them fast, you can skip out on causing more stress to yourself and likewise prove that you are indeed loving life and loving the job that you are in.

A Beneficial Thought: Making It Happen

What exactly is the difference between wishing for something and actually making it happen?

The answer is simple: belief.

When you believe that something is possible, you’ll take action to make it happen. You’ll push forward through obstacles because you know you can…

And that means that anything you believe can happen, CAN HAPPEN.

The secret, is to tear away the limiting barriers your mind puts up against the things that you truly want.

Then, with all your heart you must add strong belief to the mix. The same way you believe the sun will rise tomorrow, you must believe in the things that you truly want.

That's the first, and most crucial step in all great manifestation.

So, my question to you is…. What do you truly believe?

Calmness through counting

People who keep their sense of calm when things around them are going crazy are always wonderful to be around.

We feel calmer just being near them, and from them we learn that we can be calm, because we know that no matter what happens, this inner sense of calm will help us to function well.

If we allow ourselves to be thrown off balance by every piece of disturbing news that comes our way, we may be relying too much on our emotions. On the other hand, our thoughts may also be unreliable at times like these, as they chatter on endlessly about what might happen next.

If our feelings and thoughts activate one another in a hectic way, then we become caught up in the confusion that surrounds us. However, if we can locate the stillness at the center of our hearts, we can find composure in almost any situation. In addition, we provide a safe place for our friends and family.

It helps to remember that we don’t need to completely understand what’s happening right now, nor do we need to be able to predict the future. Most of us just want to find our way to being at peace with whatever happens, and we can find this peace inside.

Cultivating our inner clarity with meditation, writing a journal, and reading words that inspire us, will lead us to that place inside us that’s already there, just waiting.

Stop Self Sabotage Behaviour

Stop Self Sabotage

Having trouble reaching all your goals?

Are you going for what you want, but feeling like something is road-blocking
the way?

Are you finding yourself “not” doing some of the
things you know you should be doing?

You may be a victim of sabotage---self-sabotage. How do you
know, and what can you do about it? Read on and see.

1. Focusing on what is not working, not right or missing
from your life.

Problem: Notice how often you speak about and think about
what is not working, not right, or missing from your life.
This only attracts more of the things you don’t want.

Action: Ask yourself a new question: "What's going right?"
or "What IS working?" Begin to notice all the things, no
matter how small, that are working well. Keep an evidence
journal and each day write down everything, I do mean
everything, that is working and you will attract more of
what is working!

2. Being stuck in fear:

Problem: Do you worry a lot about the future and what is
going to happen or might happen? Are you thinking about your
fears so much that you are paralyzed and take no action
because of fear of what might occur?

Action: It is time to put your focus on the present. We
can't control or predict the future or other people's
behaviors. All we can control is our own, right here, right
now.

Ask yourself the question "What is the worst thing that
could happen?" Then, let go and know that rarely do the
scenarios we create in our heads occur. Take a moment to put
things into perspective by writing down the things you can
not change, the things you want to change, and accept that
the Universe, God, Spirit, whatever you call it will take of
the rest. It always does!

3. Feeling you have no value.

Problem: Do you forget all your accomplishments and lack
pride in who you are and what you have accomplished? If you
obsess about the past or your lack of success or lack of
achievement, then you'll be stuck in noticing how much you
lack as a person. If you often criticize yourself or can't
accept compliments, it’s a definite sign that you have
fallen into this trap.

Action: You can choose to notice what you do that is good
and the things you can be proud of, no matter how small they
may seem. Each day keep a log of what you are grateful for
about YOU. When you hear your mind chattering about what you
haven't done right or well, turn down the volume and turn up
the volume to hear the voice that knows the TRUTH about who
you are and how you add value to the world.

Acknowledge yourself for at least 5 things each and every
day that you did well. Each day, compliment yourself on
something you did that you feel good about. Notice your
small successes and accept the compliments others give you.

4. Comparing yourself to others.

Problem: Do you constantly compare yourself to others and
then feel badly when compared to them? Comparison doesn't
motivate us to do more or be better, instead it makes us
feel we'll never be good enough and we aren't right now.

Action: Write out the 5 qualities you like best about
yourself. Then write out what you value most in your life.
When you go to a place of comparison, notice how similar you
are with the other person vs. what is different. Begin to
create a list of adjectives that describe you - at least 25
positive words about your greatness. Whenever you notice
yourself in a comparison mode, think of some of the
adjectives that describe YOU.

5. Self-Sabotage – getting what you want and then losing it.

Problem: Do you not believe that you deserve to have what
you want? When you get what you want, why do you often lose
it or mess it up? What is the true story underneath - maybe
that you think aren't good enough to have it?

Action: List all the things you have accomplished that faded
away. Simply notice these things, but don’t place any
judgment on the fact they disappeared. How did they bring
you satisfaction? How did they make you feel? What is the
limiting belief that you have that tells you inside why you
can't have what you want? Be quiet, be still and listen to
it.

Write down how you felt when you had what you wanted. Write
down how you feel now, without it. Then write a "bridge
belief": A very, very small belief that feels a little bit
better than what you now feel. Each week, create a new
bridge belief, not matter how small, that you can really
believe. By using these bridges as stepping-stones, you'll
shift your limiting beliefs slowly and be on the other side
of the bridge and able to maintain it because you will have
a new belief inside of you.

6. You chase away relationships.

Problem: Do you always feel something is missing in your
relationships or find fault with the other person? Perhaps
you are afraid of intimacy. Underneath this is usually a
fear of abandonment or exposure that causes you to distance
yourself from others.

Action: Create a list of the qualities you value in a
relationship and the qualities you want to attract in your
partners. Express what you want and don't want to the other
person and allow them to express the same to you. Create
time to acknowledge the other person on a regular basis.
Notice when you feel afraid. Don't try to push the feelings
away. Know that the feelings are there and that is fine.
Then, in that moment, focus on what feels good about the
relationship.

7. Having no purpose.

Problem: Do you feel you have no purpose in life? We all
have some purpose for being on the planet and it is time to
notice yours.

Action: Write down all the things that are important to you
– the thing you want to create in your life. Then write out
what you want to contribute to the world. From your writing,
create a statement of purpose for yourself that you can read
each and every day.

Then stop worrying about not knowing your purpose and start
creating what you desire now. It doesn’t matter what you
want in the future. So start creating something you want in
your life NOW. This action will ultimately put you in
alignment and bring you closer to your overall purpose.

No it's time to TAKE ACTION!
