Freeing Yourself to Receive Abundance

A thought provoking extract from from Article on Mind Reality (Freeing Yourself to Receive Abundance of Money)

"The truth is everything is available for free. No one actually owns anything because it is all part of the universe. Ownership is an idea where people agree what belongs to who and what rights do they have regarding it. Ownership of anything is all based on agreement between consciousness. When there is conflict of consciousness, people fight and take from each other by force against the will. When there is harmony of consciousness, people willingly agree in sharing or exchanging ownership of things.

The purpose of business is in the organization and promotion of things. When we buy a bottle of water, we are not paying for the bottle or the water because nature supplies the water and what the bottle is made up of. We are paying for the work done in obtaining the raw materials, putting them together, marketing it and handling it to us. All these takes work and therefore those that do all the work for us so that we can experience such things without doing any of the work, receive money in exchange.

Money is only an idea to represent how much value you have provided for others. That is why ill gotten gains do not last because the universe is always reflecting what you do. When you take money without providing real value, money will be taken from you without giving you real value.

When you provide lots of value for others, you are meant to receive lots of money so that you can use it to receive value from others that is yours to rightfully experience. Then you are better able to provide even more value."

Gathering your Straying Thoughts

Frequently it seems our lives are spread too thin, our thoughts are scattered in several directions at once and it becomes important to step back and center ourselves to become whole again.

The main signs that you need to center yourself are scattered thoughts and a feeling of numbness or disconnection, as if you are no longer able to take anything in.

To center yourself, you begin by acknowledging that you have become spread too thin and are no longer unified inside. Your thoughts might be out of sync with your feelings, and your actions may be out of sync with both. Centering ourselves is a way of coming to terms with all the different energies within us and drawing them back into ourselves.

Centering yourself means that you are working from or being aware of the core of your being in the solar plexus area of your body.

We naturally know how to center ourselves when we take a deep breath.

We can start by simply getting into a comfortable upright position and noticing as our breath enters and leaves our bodies. Our breath flows into our center and out from our center, but most people do not breath they way they should.

Let me explain, try this exercise:

Take in a big breath while lifting your shoulders and release. This is chest breathing and most people breathe this way.

Now try to concentrate and breathe from your abdomen, don’t move your shoulders – feel the difference? This is the way humans are designed to breath and is much more efficient in centering and calming your mind/body/spirit.

When you sit down to center yourself, imagine that you are gathering your straying thoughts and energies back into yourself. Try visualising casting a net and pulling all the disparate parts of yourself back to the center of your being, creating a sense of integration. From this place of oneness, you can begin again, directing yourself outward in a more intentional way.

If you find you are out of harmony with the universe or within yourself, you can always come back into balance by sitting down and simply observing your breath.

Make Your List

Make Your List

  ______________________A Stress relief tip________________________

Even though you may not realize it, there are most likely specific situations that cause stress time and again. By putting your finger on exactly what they are, you can begin to fix or avoid the things that constantly add stress and tension to your life.

Get out a sheet of paper and a pencil. Begin by thinking back to stressful times and what specific things caused them. Then, keep the list handy for two weeks and record the cause of any stress you experience during that period. After two weeks, create a master list of stress causers and spend time thinking of specific remedies for each one. The solution may be as simple as taking a different route to work or getting up fifteen minutes earlier to handle tasks in the morning.

Another great pencil method is described in post De-clutter your Mind

Control Your Breathing

Control Your Breathing

  ______________________A Stress relief tip________________________

Stressful situations lead to short and shallow breathing, which in turn leads to an increased heart rate and creates feelings of tension and anxiety. To reverse these effects and reduce your stress, completely empty your lungs with a large sigh. Then, breathe in deeply from your belly on up, hold your breath, and exhale slowly.

You may want to follow the 4-7-8 rule. (4-second inhale, 7-second hold, 8-second exhale.) This simple exercise sends better oxygen content to your cells, improving your health and ridding yourself of the tension and stress.

How to Find Joys in the Workplace and Loving Life

Do you still remember your first job and the thrills of finding and landing that stint? Do you sometimes look back as to how you act unto loving life and the job that you were able to write proudly on your resume when you were still young?

Young people must have lots of dreams and goals that they must work hard for in order to attain and accomplish. This must drive them towards success. Everybody started young. And it is always nice to look back to realize how things and your attitude were far different at that point of your life.

Red Warning

As you last in the industry you are in, there are points in your life and career when you just want to pause and stop. You may even think of giving everything up for the main reason that you no longer want to move on doing the same things every day. This situation places a red signal warning on you. This is especially true if you are already getting bored with the same things that you do at work from the moment you enter the office in the morning until it is time for you to come home.

If you are facing this dilemma right now, you are not alone. There are many people who are unsatisfied with their work life that they are always thinking of how they can get out of the situation. Before you head on and compose your resignation letter, you may want to look at the following tips of how can you find joys in what seems to be a boring workplace that you are stuck into.

1. Change your routine. You may want to start your day fresh and new. If you are used to opening your computer first thing in the morning, you may want to try to read the papers waiting for you first before you open your PC. You can interchange the things that have become a routine for you. This way, your body will not feel the boredom of knowing what will happen next after you are done with your first task.

2. Redecorate your workstation. If you spend lots of your time at work at the cubicle with your PC and other things in front of you, you should make it your kingdom. What makes you happy? If you love your dogs, you can place funny pictures of your pets all around you. You can place flowers on your desk if this will make you feel light. You should also have some stress relievers handy, like balls, a piece of a puzzle game and anything that can help you last your day at work.

 3. Talk to people. You can do this during breaks. This way, you endear yourself to the other employees in the office. You will get to know them better and can even make some good friends in the process. Having people whom you enjoy being with will make it more exciting and fun to come to work every day.

4. Problems with your work.
You must talk to your superior regarding such. Do not handle your problems by yourself especially when you badly need the help of other people. By finding solutions to your problems and solving them fast, you can skip out on causing more stress to yourself and likewise prove that you are indeed loving life and loving the job that you are in.

Laugh

Laugh

 ______________________A Stress relief tip________________________

Studies by Dr. Lee Berk and Dr. Stanley Tan have found that laughter 'lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormones, increases muscle flexion, and boosts immune function.' It also triggers the release of endorphins, which act as the body's natural painkillers and produce a sense of well-being.

The lesson? Laugh! Expose yourself to humor as often as possible through jokes, funny stories, comic strips taped up in your office, or anything else that makes you laugh.
