Saturday Inspiration

Image result for walt disney

12 Inspiring Facts About Walt Disney:

1. He grew up poor.
He was the fourth of five children, and his family had very little money.

2. If not for his neighbors, there'd be no Frozen.
Without them, he might never have developed his interest in animation and art to begin with.

3. He lied about his age to join the military.
Disney certainly had a spirit of adventure. He was 16 years old when he claimed to be old enough to serve and attempted to join the U.S. Navy.

4. His first studio went bankrupt.

5. He created Mickey Mouse as a result of a bad business deal.

6. He had to mortgage his house to create his first epic movie.

7. He still holds the record for the most Academy Awards and Oscar nominations.

8. His studio went to war during World War II--and he almost lost everything as a result.

9. He considered his first giant theme park success a major disappointment.

10. He included a hidden memorial to his father within Disneyland.

11. Walt Disney World was named to ensure he wouldn't be forgotten.

12. Half a century after Disney's death, Walt Disney World is still the most-visited vacation destination resort anywhere.

Stress Symptoms

Did you know that stress and anxiety is the no.1 health enemy nowadays?
And no I DON"T recommend you use this kit :-D

People get more and busier and stress affects our mental and physical health more than ever before.

Here Are The Top 5 Stress Symptoms:
1) Depression, anxiety and personality disorders

2) Hair loss and skin problems

3) Obesity and eating disorders

4) Gastrointestinal problems (gastritis, uncerative colitis)

5) Heart problems (heart attack, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms)

One of my highest recommended methods to avoid these symptoms is using meditation.

You just can't imagine the benefits of this technique when you apply it on your daily routine.

I hope you avoid the "stress trap" at any cost, as your physical and mental health should be your no.1 priority.  This video from "The Honest Guys" may help.

(I'm not affiliated with them, just like their work :-)

Calendar for Necessity

If you want to tell where someones priorities are, then look at their calendar. If I was to look a calendar of how you spend your time each day, what would it tell me about your priorities?

We find time for the things we consider to be the most important.

If your calendar has large blocks of time where you are working on hobbies or watching TV, but you still struggle to find time to get things done in your business, then the priorities are clear. TV is more important than building your business.

I am not saying anything bad about hobbies or watching TV. If it makes you happy, then that is great. But if you want to change your life, then you have to make the actions that will create that change your top priority.

Each of us only has 24 hours in a day. The difference between those who achieve their goals and those who do not is how they spend them.

If you know that building an online business will make a difference in your life, but sometimes struggle with finding the motivation to actually do the work, then there are a few things you can do.

In his recent book High Performance Habits, the author Brendon Burchard talks about what high performers do to create and keep their motivation.

One of the things he talks about is their ability to Raise the Necessity.

If you see achieving a particular as absolutely necessary, then you are more likely to be willing to do the work to achieve it. If it is just a "nice to have", then you probably won't ever get it.

How can you raise the necessity?

One way is to think about WHO you are doing it for.

Most people are much more motivated to take action for someone they care about. If you child or spouse absolutely needed you to do something, you would probably find a way.

So the question is ... who are you trying to build your online business for?

How would having a successful online business improve the lives of the people you love?

Imagine their lives, if you have more resources and freedom. Imagine being able to work from anywhere. Imagine being able to pay for your children's education without debt. Imagine taking your loved ones on the vacation they always wanted.

That is what you are doing the work for. More importantly, that is WHO you are doing the work for.

If you do this daily, then you will find yourself much more motivated to get focused and accomplish the result.

Be Rich!

I'm sure that seeing the title "Be Rich"
                            you thought of money!

However, your subconscious is wrong this time.

Being rich doesn't refer only to money. One can be rich in mind, in soul, and in money!

There are various ways to provide your brain with the kind of stimulus that can help to achieve your financial dreams

Here are 4 things you can do to help put your mind to work for you:

1. Visualize Doing ItIf you want to visualize yourself rich, spend your visualization time thinking through how you will handle various financial situations, from salary negotiation to saying no to pressures to spend money. Priming your brain for these situations ahead of time will do much more for your ability to get rich than gluing a picture of a yacht to a piece of poster board.

2. Appreciate What You HaveReminding yourself of the abundance in your life allows you to step out of the "consume consume consume" culture that we live in and recognize that you can feel rich with what you already have.

3. Give Money AwayIf you change your attitude about money from something that you must tightly hold to something that flows through your life, then you are in a better position to see and accept wealth-generating opportunities when they arise.

4. Repeat Positive AffirmationsIf you do have a negative reaction to affirmations, it's a good idea to examine exactly what that inner voice is saying and poke holes in the negative message. Don't let your negative affirmation get in the way of your wealth.

I hope you found this motivational, leave a comment and let me know what you think.
Have a great day.

Break Things Down - The secret to getting Started.

Break Things Down

"𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘹, 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭, 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘦." – Mark Twain

You've probably heard that before, but I think it bears repeating. It's the kind of thing that we tend to forget when we are feeling overwhelmed.

"𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘱𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘵? 𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦."

When you get overwhelmed by a task or project, remember to break it down into smaller, achievable steps.

This really helps to keep us from feeling swamped and allows us to accomplish them one at a time.

That's the key: focus on the steps one at a time.

Complete the 1st step. Success.

Complete the 2nd step. Success.

And so on. By doing that, you establish a pattern of success that helps to propel you forward to success in completing the larger goal.

Death is a Trifecta

red sunset

I while back I read about an American Indian belief that at the end there are 3 deaths.

I know this is a bit of a morbid topic, but one that may create thoughtful insight into how we should live our lives, and if you think about it - it's actually true.

The first death

When the physical body dies, the last breath is taken.

The second death

When the body is laid to rest, buried in the ground, or cremated and returned to the earth.

The third and final death

When there are no people left who knew or remember the person.

This final point struck home whilst watching an episode of "Time Team".  The archaeologists discovered the remains of a woman who had been buried in a field for over 1500 years.  There was nothing to show this persons struggles and joys she had lived in her life, no one could identify who she was. All her experiences, trials and tribulations where lost to the earth.

BUT, we can take comfort in the knowledge that we can do our very best in the NOW, using every moment to give, work, laugh and do all we can do each day to make this world a better place for yourself and everyone around you.

Action may not always bring happiness...but there is no happiness without action.

Work from home freedom

You deserve to be happy

I only have these three things to say to you today.

1. You are a work in progress. Chase progression, not perfection. Rome was not built in a day. Oprah got fired from her job as a journalist before becoming one of the most influential people in the world today. Bill Gates was a Harvard University dropout and co-owner of a failed business called Traf-O-Data, before finally being successful. The greatest that you know now have failed numerous times before succeeding. And if life seems to be going south for you, keep at it. Better things are on the way.

2. It's never too late to start. We all have our own time. Bill Gates found his success at the age of 31 when he finally brought Microsoft to the world. Colonel Sanders, founder of KFC, only decided to chase his dream at the age of 65. Suicidal after retirement, he borrowed $87 to sell his special recipe chicken through door-to-door sales. He only sold the recipe off for 2 million dollars when he was 73. You see, it's never too late to start working on your dream, or chase what makes you happy.

3. There is love all around. Most importantly, always look to what you have, instead of what you don't. We have more than we already need. You are surrounded by love, there are always people who care for you, and wish only the greatest for you. Be grateful to everything, and remember to appreciate the people who matter to you. These are your driving forces in life. Use their positivism to push you throughout chasing your own dream.

I hope you can apply these to yourself, and if you ever find another person in need of these words, be sure to forward this post to them!

 You deserve to be happy!

Manifesting isn't easy...but it IS simple (the 3 game-changers)

Manifesting is not "easy," but it IS simple.  It comes down to 3 game-changers,
which, when you learn how to do them right, become a habit.

Then the ease arrives.

These are the 3 game-changers:

>  Desire. You MUST know your ultimate desire.  The first shift is to be full to the brim with conviction and clarity.

>  Focus. You must be fierce and unshakeable in your focus.  You must learn HOW to handle anyone and anything that breaks your focus.

>  Feel. The affirmation and the vision board matter WAY less than the feeling behind them.  This is where most people stumble--They're in their head, and are not authentically feeling the success/freedom/flow in their body.  But when you DO feel the desire authentically, God is able to move and respond in your life.

The hardest part is getting the clear picture in your head of what you want to achieve, and really feeling it like you already have it.  Once you have felt it and "know" it in thought, law of attraction kicks in to make the thought a reality - you still have to work and do all you can each day, but just be happy to know it's coming.

Set your priorities - a short story.

The Jar

A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.

He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up the remaining open areas of the jar.

He then asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous “Yes.”

“Now,” said the professor, “I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The rocks are the important things – your family, your partner, your health, your children – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter – like your job, your house, your car.

The sand is everything else, the small stuff.”

“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks. The same goes for your life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take your partner out dancing. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, give a dinner party, or fix the disposal.”

“Take care of the rocks first – the things that really matter.  Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.”

How to Break the Ice

For most people, it's kind of awkward, uncomfortable and strange to introduce themselves to others. Yet, it's almost vital to do so, for business and growth.

Here are 9 Tips to use, to Break the Ice and Introduce your self :

1. Smile - Give off an aura of happiness even if you're uncomfortable. It draws people in.

2. Consider the situation - Draw from the reason you're both in a specific place at the same time. Are you students? Working with the same company? Friends of friends? These are great conversation-starters.

3. Be honest - "I came up to you because I felt awkward just standing there not talking to anyone." Chances are, they were feeling the same way before you approached them.

4. Just start talking - Dare to dive right into the conversation and see where it goes. They might feel relieved you talked first and relax immediately.

5. Let the way you dress reflect who you are - Dressing style reflects individuality. Hence, the way you dress can actually become a topic of conversation and help others remember you.

6. A name is worth a thousand conversations - Do you have a name that's unique or a name that can be spelled 10 different ways? It's okay to spell it out, tell of its origin or give a short but sweet lesson in pronunciation.

7. Make a "business" card - Keep something with you to give away to new people you meet. Instead of your name and contact information, list random facts about yourself, your interests, your hobbies.

8. Help someone out - Someone approaching might need help opening a door or carrying something, and by assisting, you're automatically introducing yourself as a Good Samaritan, instead of just another person playing Candy Crush.

9. Highlight something that makes you unique - It gives you both something to talk about, something they're at least mildly intrigued by.

Hope these tips while helping you... Keep in mind that our happiness is waiting out of our comfort zone!

5 Meditation Tips

Meditation is one of our favorite rituals that can improve almost any aspect of our lives. (Inner peace, success, relaxing, relationships, etc)

Here are 5 tips (for beginners) that you can apply instantly and improve your meditating experience:

1. Do it first thing each morning. Wake up 10 minutes earlier and just use this time to meditate every morning

2. Remove Distractions. Turn off your cell phone, put it on vibrate, or leave it in another room. You want to be in a place without distractions.

3. Have fun with your practice. Allow yourself to really enjoy your meditation session. Have fun with it.

4. Really commit yourself.
Don't just say, "Sure, I'll try this for a couple days." Really commit yourself to this. In your mind, be locked in, for at least a month.

5. Meditate with others. Whether it's with friends, family members, your partner, a coach, or an organization, by meditating in a group it'll help you stay committed to the practice. Moreover, you can share your experiences afterward.

I hope you enjoy and apply those tips instantly...

What is diligence?

What is diligence?

Diligence is not being slothful, that is to say, a not being afraid to work.

It is not hoping that things might go away but, rather, seeking for things to do.

A diligent person is never idle; he is continually searching for work to do.

He is always learning and growing and building and doing what needs to be done.

Tips on How to Connect with Spirit.

Do you know how to truly connect with your spirit?

The following Five tips will help.

Listen to your body. This takes practice and a lot of trust. Our body knows how and has what it needs to heal itself. Try to resist the urge to just stuff yourself with medicine the moment you feel that’s something is wrong. Your body may be trying to tell you something important about your state of being. Pay attention.

Listen to your heart. What makes you happy? Do it! It doesn’t always mean leave your job. It means finding the space and time for what excites you and makes your soul feel alive and young.

Pause. We are conditioned to just keep going, keep working, keep moving, and keep churning when in fact, there is so much power, energy, healing and wisdom to be had from taking rests and appreciating the Now.

Love yourself. Nurture your Body. Give it what it needs: proper exercise, healthy food and good habits. Find a way to live with joy in your heart at all times. You owe it to yourself and your spirit.

Be grateful. The world is beautiful, and so are you. You have, inside of you, everything that you need to live a bountiful life. Celebrate it, and move forward.

Stop Fear Speaking

Do you feel like you can’t possibly move forward until you lose 10 kilo, have enough money, be given permission, know the right people, wait till your kids are old enough, get a degree, get more experience, pay your dues, or obtain the right equipment?

If you assume that you need to do something before you can do the thing you really want to do, please check that assumption — especially if the source of your information is your own mind.

This is fear speaking!

You see the mind wants everything to be “perfect”. Guess what? Perfect doesn’t exist.

Your soul doesn’t care about perfection. It cares about growth and creating expansion and happiness.

There comes a time where you literally need to jump off the cliff…you will not feel ready…..AND by jumping off anyway the universe will come to your aid. This is when all co-operative forces will come together.

It is in living life, going after our dreams, in investing in your Self that your mind says you can’t afford, that we get closer to our dreams.

When obstacles arise, you change your direction to reach your goal; you do not change your decision to get there.
