What You Think Is What You Get

You don’t have to know how it will come into your life, just lay the groundwork, follow leads and prepare for its arrival.

The law of attraction is surprisingly simple: Like attracts like. It becomes a bit more complicated when it comes to training our minds to think in ways that will bring what we desire into our lives. So our goal is to practice consistent presence of mind to make sure our thoughts are always directed toward the positive and that which we want to create.

A key to the process is the word “frequency.” This is true for two reasons:

1) The frequency you use when you passionately dwell upon or revisit a thought, dream, desire or goal provides the energy your musings need for creation; and

2) just like a radio station broadcasts on a certain frequency, like the radio you must be “tuned in” to receive it. This means preparing for the arrival of your dream on every possible level—material, physical, and spiritual.

You don’t have to know how it will come into your life, just trust that it will. Your job is to lay the groundwork, follow any leads you can find, and prepare for its arrival.

This can mean cleaning out your garage to make space for a new car, taking a tour of a model home to get the feel of it in order to feed your fantasies, or thinking of what you want in a mate and then living up to that list yourself.

Just like with any skill, the law of attraction must be practiced. We must decide what makes us feel abundant, and use our imagination to create the feeling. It isn’t enough to just want something; you must use the power of your thoughts to attract it.

If we find ways to experience our dreams right now, we make creating joy a treasure hunt in which the seeking is just as much fun as the finding.

Success - As Easy As ABC

An interesting A to Z of inspiration.

A - Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places.

B - Believe in your self, and in what you can do.

C - Consider things on every angle and aspect. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.

D - Don't give up and don't give in.

E - Enjoy. Motivation takes place when people are happy.

F - Family and Friends -- Don't loose sight of them.

G - Give more than what is enough.

H - Hang on to your dreams. They may sway for a second, but these will be your driving force.

I - Ignore those who try to destroy you. Don't let other people get the best of you.

J - Just be you. The key to failure is to try to please everyone.

K - Keep trying no matter how hard life may seem.

L - Learn to love your self.

M - Make things happen. Motivation is when your dreams are put into work clothes.

N - Never lie, cheat or steal. Always play a fair game.

O - Open your eyes.

P - Practice makes perfect.

Q - Quitters never win. And winners never quit. So, choose your fate - are you going to be a quitter or a winner?

R - Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation.

S - Stop procrastinating.

T - Take control of your life. Discipline and self-control are synonymous with drive.

U - Understand others. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood the second.

V - Visualize it.

W - Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing.

X - X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you are motivated, you tend to put on "extras" on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on.

Y - You are unique. Value your life and existence.

Z - Zero in on your dreams and go for it!!!

Time Management Tips, How To Focus & Get More Done.

If you're like me, there never seems enough time in the day for all the things you want to do, I post this to remind myself, and hopefully help others.  Time management is an issue for me but these help.

Quick tip: If you have anxiety or are stressed out with all the tasks you need to complete try this:

1. Write down the things in your head you know you need to do, either on paper or on the computer. This will unload your mind from all the items you have been thinking about and it will give you a great idea of what you are dealing with.

2. Start with the first task and make sure you cross off each item as you complete it. This will relieve your mind of many stresses of our daily life and give you a sense of accomplishment as you see progress with your to do list.

3. Take action even as you add to the list and don't let it daunt you. Take things one step at a time.

Organizing your thoughts and making them real on paper give you the ability to assess the situation and take proper action to execute and to make progress in your daily tasks or in your professional life.

Let me know if there is anything else that has worked for you.
