Morning Meditation

In the first moments of day before our mind is fully awake can be a wonderful time for meditation.

In these first moments of day, when the sun's golden light is just peeking over the horizon, our animal mind remains in the land of slumber though we ourselves are awake. Deep sleep has washed away the impurities of existence that accumulated within us, so our mental, physical, and emotional potential is heightened. To meditate in this peaceful yet energetically charged in-between time is to connect with the divine in an extremely intimate fashion.

We discover a new kinship with the universal life force during morning meditations because our awareness becomes a mirror for earthly consciousness—we wake as the world wakes, quietly embracing the joy of being and setting the tone for a serene, fulfilling day.

In the first glow of morning, the light, air, and energy flowing around us speak in hushed tones of the activity to come. While we recognize that another day of being means becoming once again immersed in the challenges of action and reaction, we also understand that we can draw upon the unique energetic qualities of daybreak for comfort, creativity, and vigor. There is bliss in the simple knowledge that we have been given the gift of another day of existence. We are inspired by sights and sounds of the sun's gentle ascension. Birds serenade the luminosity, which grows richer by the minute. And though we may feel a residual lethargy, our vitality returns as our meditation helps us to become one with the stirring of other beings rubbing the sleep from their eyes. At the start of each day, our destiny has not yet been written, and so there is nothing we cannot do.

How we choose to meditate is less important than our choice to attune ourselves to the spirit of wakefulness that travels round the world each and every day. Even the briefest moment of quiet contemplation in the muted light of the sun can put all that is yet to come into perspective. As a consequence of our daybreak reflections, our lives are imbued with the same stability, tranquility, and increased awareness that humanity has long associated with the stillness of early morning.

Disregarding the Pursuit of Happiness to Your Peril

You lead a busy life. You probably have a job, a family,
hobbies, relatives, community activities, and many more that
I can't even imagine. You pursue lots of stuff.

You can easily get caught up in all these pursuits and think
you are aiming at being happy. I mean you do all these
things, keep all your commitments, make more appointments,
because you think this is what it means to be happy. "I must
be on the road to happiness, I have all this to do."

But you are not happy. You may even be miserable - the
farthest thing from happy. What's wrong?

You have gotten caught up in the pursuit of your pursuits.
You have left no room for happiness. Please don't mistake
me. I find nothing wrong with pursuing legitimate and
positive goals, keeping relationships vibrant and
participating in a healthy community. But these can keep you
from your ultimate goal - happiness.

Of course there are only so many hours in a day and only so
many days in a week, etc. What you do with them is entirely
up to you.

But if you really want to be deeply and constantly happy,
you must slow down a little, at least, and find time for
happiness. The choice is yours as it always is. You are
leading a good life now. Do you want it to be even better by
having a great and consistent sense of well-being?

Then you need to do something different. Yes, that's
obvious, but are you going to do something different or did
you just want to point out to me that it is obvious? You
actually have to pursue happiness.

So, that may mean you will have to give something else up.
In order to have the sense of well-being that you want,
sometimes called happiness, you actually have to do
something that leads to that well-being. For example, you
will need to set aside time to meditate. Meditation entails,
in one form or another, time out from other pursuits to
quiet your mind and spirit. To empty your mind. To think
about nothing. To make contact with the All There Is.

You can see, I'm sure, that this entails letting go of
something lesser in order to gain something greater. What is
lesser is for you to determine, not me for you. But you see
this is a deliberate choice you need to make.

Suppose I am going on a trip and I can have only one
suitcase. Everything I need for that trip must, must, fit in
that one bag. I am going to a place where I cannot buy
anything I might have left behind when leaving for the
journey.

I must pack very carefully. The bag will only hold so much.

4 Keys To Activating The Law Of Attraction

 1. Express more gratitude every day

There is always something to be thankful for.  Starting your day with an attitude
of appreciation for the things that matter to you is a great way to connect to the
creative powers within you.

To apply this, say thank you more often. Smile when talking to others. See the
beauty in situations and appreciate life for the lessons it teaches you.

 2. Move away from those who don't serve you

When the wrong people leave your life, the right things will start happening.
This means it's very important to be aware of who is in your life and have the
courage sometimes to say "no" when it doesn't suit you.

Your happiness is also affected by the people around you, so getting around
uplifting spirits will nourish your soul for the better.

 3. Think more about what you want

Things in your life won't get better, until you think better. Start to think more in
the direction of your goals and don't think about the things you don't want.

One powerful way to help this is to start to write your goals down.  This is a
great way to activate the law of attraction because you're making a commitment
to yourself that strengthens your belief. Magic is believing in yourself, and if you
can do that, then anything is possible!

 4. Re-wire your beliefs

It's important to let go of the past, so the past can let go of you. The wrong
beliefs come from the past and we need to truly let go if we want our lives
to get better.

The way to do that is to use tools - like affirmations or visualisation. We will
talk about those in more detail in future messages

Bob Proctor - Believe It, Expect It You'll Have It!

It's as simple as what Bob Proctor is saying!

Just Believe it, Expect it, and you'll have it!

Learn to use the mind to create your reality instead of just reacting to it.

Anything is possible if you learn the "secrets" to controlling your life.

Please enjoy Bob Proctor in a rare seminar!

In summary - 3 steps to live by.

1.    Build the image - visualise what you want.

2.    Turn it over to spirit - God will provide all you have to do is ask
in the form of feelings        "let go and let god".

3.    Expect it with your heart and soul and spirit will reward you openly for your faith.

Bob's money affirmation (taken from another transcript).

i am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me in increasing quantities from multiple sources on the continuous basis.

How your mind can achieve greatness

Your mind is a vast, largely unexplained resource of energy and power.

A lucky few can tap into the rest of their brain's extra, unconscious potential and use it to attract more more money, love, health and happiness into their lives

For example, did you know?

  • The hit song "Yesterday" by the Beatles, was first born when Paul McCartney composed the entire melody in his sleep. Upon waking, he hurried to a piano and played the tune to avoid forgetting it.
  • That Frederick Banting first isolated insulin (a main treatment for diabetes) with the help of a dream.
  • Oscar winner David Seidler was able to "think" cancer away, and has fully recovered since.

Isn't that amazing?! Just imagine what you could do if you truly harnessed the power of your mind!

This is a curious and often comical video, it's popular on you tube, food for thought...
