Making Big Change Easier - a New Years Resolution.

Small Steps to Big Change for 2015

When we decide that it’s time for big changes in our lives, like we usually do at years end, it is wise to ease into them by starting small. Small changes allow us to grow into a new habit and make it a permanent part of our lives, whereas sudden changes may cause a sense of failure that makes it difficult to go on, and we are more likely to revert to our old ways.

How many times have you failed to reach that new years resolution?

Even if we have gone that route and find ourselves contemplating the choice to start over again, we can decide to take it slowly this time, and move forward.

Sometimes the goals we set for ourselves are merely indicators of the need for change and are useful in getting us moving in the right direction. But it is possible that once we try out what seemed so ideal, we may find that it doesn’t actually suit us, or make us feel the way we had hoped. By embarking on the path slowly, we have the chance to look around and consider other options as we learn and grow. We have time to examine the underlying values of the desire for change and find ways to manifest those feelings, whether it looks exactly like our initial goal or not. Taking small steps forward gives us time to adjust and find secure footing on our new path.

Life doesn’t always give us the opportunity to anticipate or prepare for a big change, and we may find ourselves overwhelmed by what is in front of us. By choosing one thing to work on at a time, we focus our attention on something manageable, and eventually we will look up to see that we have accomplished quite a bit.

May you have a Happy and Safe New Year and an abundant 2015.

Moving Our Body

Our bodies love movement. When we stretch or dance, our bodies adjust, realign and start to become fluid with the rhythm of life. Our mood lifts and we feel more connected with the world around us.

If you are feeling stuck, ready to release old energy, or eager to feel more alive, try moving your body. By giving your muscles a chance to do what they were created for, you may find that all areas of your body and your life benefit as well.

Try moving to the Lakshmi Mantra for Prosperity & Abundance!

According to Surya Devi, maker of this video, the Sanskrit language is an energetic language so it will begin to re-program your energy centers, whether you believe in it or not!

When we are caught up in crossing items off our to-do lists, we tend to neglect all the opportunities there are to enjoy our bodies in the process of living. If this is true for you, begin looking for opportunities to move. You might try dancing or moving about freely as you clean your home, tend your garden or care for your children. If you are able to devote a set amount of time to self-care, practices such as yoga, dance, tai chi and walking are all great ways to keep your body in motion.

Movement is a vital celebration of life. It is a way to proclaim your own existence and relish in the joy of being alive. Today, and into the future, give yourself the gift of your body in motion.

Redesign Your World - Subliminal Guru

Subliminal recordings can help you change any area of your life you desire!

They can help you reach your ideal weight, think more positively, adopt a millionaire's mindset, increase confidence levels, sleep better, and more, buy delivering phrases and affirmations in a way that has an impact on the subconscious mind.

For example, a subliminal may the phrase “I feel great!” and then embed that phrase inside a piece of music. By using special audio techniques,  the conscious mind can barely hear the affirmation, yet it remains clear to the subconscious mind

This process can help you automatically rewire long-standing thinking patterns – helping you to think more positively, lose weight, or gain confidence, for example.

There are a number of methods used in the making of subliminal recording, including:

Whisper Method – This involves subtly placing spoken affirmations at a point where they are barely audible, except to the subconscious mind

Stereo Confusion – This involves overlapping different affirmations in the left/right channels simultaneously. This overwhelms the conscious mind, but allows the commands to seep down into the subconscious. This process may done at regular volume, or just barely audible

Lightning Technique – This involves increasing the speed, but not the pitch, of the affirmations being spoken, and repeating them over and over, at a barely audible level. The conscious mind cannot interpret this, but the subconscious can

Reverse Speech – This involves playing the affirmations in reverse, at a barely audible level. It has a lesser body of evidence surrounding it, but such affirmations are believed to be interpreted by the subconscious and not the conscious mind.

They can help you reach your ideal weight, think more positively, adopt a millionaire's mindset, increase confidence levels, sleep better, and more.

Whatever you wish to achieve, a subliminal recording can help support you, with virtually no extra effort – all by listening to a simple MP3, while you get on with your day.

Releasing Your Guilt

Dwelling in guilt is like living your life with an anchor tied to your ankles dragging you down.

Learning to accept the things that we perceive as wrong can be a difficult task for many of us. Often we have been brought up to accept that it is normal to feel guilty about our actions and that by doing so we will make everything seem alright within ourselves.

Even though we might feel that we have a reason to make up for the choices we have made, it is much more important for us to learn how to deal with them in a healthy and positive way, such as through forgiveness and understanding.

Being hard on ourselves is the easy way out.

Maybe at the time we were simply trying to protect ourselves or others and did the best we could, or maybe we thought we had no other recourse and chose a solution in the heat of the moment.

Once we can understand that dwelling in our negative feelings will only make us feel worse, we will come to recognise that only through forgiving ourselves, we can transform our feelings and truly heal any resentment we have about our past.

Giving ourselves permission to feel at peace with our past actions is one of the most positive steps we can take toward living a life free from regrets, disappointments, and guilt.

The more we are able to remind ourselves that the true path to a peaceful mind and heart is through acceptance of every part of our lives and actions, the more harmony and inner joy we will experience in all aspects of our lives.
