WFH Planning your day Helps
Now that so many of us are working from home, it's more important than ever to carefully plan out our days. Since there are no clear boundaries to separate your work from leisure, it's easy to lose track of time. Avoid that by choosing a cutoff time for work. Carve out time to exercise, meditate, watch movies and interact with your loved ones.
Sticking to a structured routine can help you let go of the feeling like you can never escape work.

You can control your thoughts and shape them to your advantage.
That's why it's so important to practice self-awareness.
By taking time to reflect on the way you think, you can stop self-abusive thoughts on their tracks.
Your thoughts affect your perception and thus influence how you live your life and what you achieve.
Take your power back. Use your thoughts to better yourself, not to limit yourself.
Catch yourself when you start thinking bad thoughts and change those into something more helpful.
